BOOKINGS - Spring Term
FREE* school run clubs (Y1 - 6)
Applications for all school run clubs closed on 4th December 2023.
Places have been confirmed via ParentMail (to all those parents who applied).
Limited spaces are available at Girls Netball & Coding Club - please use the links below if your child would like to join these clubs:
**Please note, if your daughter signed up for Netball in December (for Jan - Mar), you do not need to reapply. All those children have a place in Netball Club starting after half term. This form is just for anyone who did not apply first time round for Netball and would like to take up one of the last few remaining places.
After February Half term, our NEW Gardening Club will commence each Tuesday Lunchtime. If your child would like to apply please return the PMX Form sent to parents on 7th February before Friday 9th February. Places will be allocated after February half term.
All other school run clubs are FULL & waiting lists have closed.
*Please note Art & Craft Club and Sewing Club both request a £5 contribution to cover materials should your child wish to bring their creations home.
PAID clubs run by outside providers
Keyboards/Piano (Y3 - 6) & Woodwind tuition (Y4 - 6) with County Music Service: As well as learning instruments in class, children have the opportunity to have individual tuition in woodwind instruments (Clarinet & Flute) with Mrs Robertson on Thursdays and Keyboards / Piano with Mrs Ward on Tuesdays.
If your child is interested in learning to play an instrument with County Music Service (whose teachers visit our school weekly) please go to the learning an instrument section of the Oxfordshire County Council website to apply. A link to the relevant page can be found here.
Art (Y4 - Y6) with Smudge Art [FULLY BOOKED]: Each session costs £10 per week. At Smudge Art Club, we will explore lots of different materials and techniques, including drawing, printing, painting, collage and pottery. Children will bring home a mixture of messy, arty investigations and creative, finished pieces. Please see the flyer below for more information. If your child is interested, please book at www.smudgeartclub.com/after-school-clubs. Places are limited and will be allocated to children on the waiting list initially, then on a first come first served basis. If your child is entitled to pupil premium, please mention this on the booking form and Smudge Art will then liaise directly with School for the payment of your course.

Dance (Y1 & Y2) & Hockey (Y4 - 6) with uSports [CANCELLED]: Both these clubs have been cancelled by uSports due to low sign-up.
Mad Science on Wednesdays (Y1 - 3) with Mad Science SW [FULLY BOOKED]. Each session works out at approximately £10.50 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within MadScience's website or scan the QR code within the flyer below. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
If your child is eligible for pupil premium and the cost of your child's clubs are therefore covered by school, please register using the same booking link and create a profile for your child. Please then email the School Office to let us know you'd like to sign up and we shall arrange payment of your account & ask Mad Science to manually book your pupil premium place on your behalf.

Football (formerly Project X) on Wednesdays (Y3 - Y6) with KickOff: Each session costs £7.50 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within KickOff's website. If your child is eligible for pupil premium and the cost of your child's clubs are therefore covered by school, please register using the same booking link (but simply skip the payment page) & email the School Office so we can arrange payment of your account.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Should you need, contact details for Sarah @ KickOff can be found on KickOff's Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/KickoffKidz/ If your child was previously booked onto Project X, as discussed with your child, they will automatically have a place in the new Football course and no further action is required from parents.
Cookery on Tuesdays (Y1 - Y6) with Smart Raspberry: Each session costs £10 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within Smart Raspberry's website. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
LAMDA Speech & Drama (Y2 - Y6) [FULLY BOOKED]: All our LAMDA classes are currently FULL. However, new classes will run in September 2024 during school hours for those moving into year groups 2 - 6. Please contact Katie on Katie.email@example.com to register your interest for September 2024 or request further information.
Lego with The Creative Brick Company (FS - Y6): After School sessions are FULLY BOOKED.
Before School sessions are still available and cost £8 per session. To register interest, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your child's name, year group and morning or afternoon session. If your child is entitled to pupil premium, please also state this in your email, we will then request payment from school on your behalf. See the flyer below for more information. Please note that these sessions are now open to those in Foundation too.
Rocksteady Music School (Y1 - Y6): Lessons take place in the Learning Zone during Wednesday afternoons (within school hours). If your child took part last term, their place has been automatically rebooked for the Autumn term and no further action is required (assuming you wish for them to continue). If your child would like to JOIN these Rock Band lessons for the FIRST TIME, or to find out more, please visit Rocksteady's website using this link. Thursday Lunchtime French with BilinguaSing (Y1 - Y6): Each session costs £5 per week and lessons will last for 30 minutes and take place in the Learning Zone on Thursday lunchtimes at 12.15pm (for KS2) and at 12.45pm (for KS1). Please see the attached for full details. The link to book is included in the flyer and also here, in as the one in the flyer can sometimes be hard to access.
Friday Lunchtime Football with Nuvo Sports (Y1 - Y6): Nuvo Sports are excited to be running 4 Friday lunchtime football sessions at Kidmore End School for the 2nd half of the Spring Term (23rd Feb, 1st March, 8th March and 15th March). If any sessions need to be cancelled due to bad weather, they will be rearranged for the 22nd March. £30 for the course.
