Breakfast Club 

Breakfast Club is run by Lucy McAdden and her team from Chalkhouse Childcare and is based in the Learning Zone, running every morning during term time (excluding INSET Days) from 7.30am until School starts.  In preparation for the busy school day, Breakfast Club focuses on providing a calm relaxing environment for your children before they head off to their classes.  The children are provided with breakfast on arrival and can choose from a range of activities.    

The cost per child of a pre-booked place is £5.50 or £6 on the day. Siblings receive a 50p discount.

After School Club 

After School Club is run by the school from Monday to Thursday until 6pm and is based in the School Hall. It is open every day school is open, with the exception of the last day of our Autumn, Spring & Summer terms, when School is open but After School Club is not.

The cost per child of a pre-booked place is £6 (for a short session until 4.15pm). Alternatively a long session until 6pm, which includes a tea such as pizza at 4.30pm, can be booked.  The cost of this long session is £12 per child.

To book a place please email asc@kidmore-end.co.uk with your child's name, their year group and the session day and length (short or long) you require.

IMPORTANT: School require a registration form on file for each child attending ahead of their first session commencing.  If your child has not attended our setting before, please find below the form we require.

Please note that our terms were updated on 1st April 2024 (as communicated to parents on 26th March 2024 via PMX) & detailed below:

ASC Terms & Conditions (from 1st April 2024)

• We will no longer offer refunds for any cancelled sessions. All bookings are therefore chargeable on confirmation 
• A half terms notice will be required to cancel any regular bookings
• Ad hoc bookings are still available - parents can make use of any surplus spaces we have - please book in the usual way detailing the date(s) you require
• Bookings for any given week must be made by 3pm the Thursday before
• Emergency bookings made after the cut-off has passed carry an additional £1 booking charge 
• Childcare vouchers or the Government tax-free childcare scheme are both accepted methods of payment

Please note we currently have very few places left on Wednesday and Thursday after school. Should we become fully booked we will operate separate waiting lists for each night and offer places on a first come first served basis as soon as a place becomes available.
