We are delighted to share with you details of two NEW Lunchtime Multi-Skills Clubs starting on Thursdays next term and open to children in Foundation Stage to Year 6.

Each club will run for 30 minutes. A Junior club (for years 3 - 6) will start at 12.15pm after which they will have time to have lunch. An Infant club (for Foundation Stage to Year 2) will start after they've eaten their lunch at 12.45pm.

Both these clubs will be run by Premier Education who have come highly recommended and will take place on the AWP.

The cost of 11 weekly sessions at either club is £20. In view of the fact the cost of these clubs has already been subsidised, there will be no refunds for sessions cancelled due to wet weather or missed due to absence.

Although this club is run by an outside provider, enrollment and payment are being managed by the school office. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The cost of this 11 week course will be added to your PMX basket and you will receive a PMX alert on creation. Only once payment has been received will your child's place be confirmed. All those that apply, will receive confirmation via MCAS if their child(ren) have secured a place.

Dear Parents & Carers

We are delighted to share with you details of a NEW (after school) Gymnastics Club starting on Thursdays next term and open to children in Foundation Stage to Year 2.

This club will be run by Premier Education who have come highly recommended and participants will have the opportunity to work towards and receive their British Gymnastics Badges! 

Sessions cost £8 per week and take place from 3.15 - 4.15pm in the School Hall, starting Thursday 8th January.

If you wish to cancel your Thursday ASC session due to this late addition to our clubs programme, please email asc@kidmore-end.co.uk before Tuesday 16th December and we will waive your fees for Spring Term 1.

Dear Parents & Carers

Please note bookings for all Spring Term Clubs will open at 10am on Monday 1st December and full information (including how to book) will appear on our School Clubs webpage (quick link: https://www.kidmore-end.co.uk/school-clubs)

We'd like to draw your attention to a few amendments to our Spring Term Clubs programme since our last communication on 24th October:

• Spanish Breakfast Club is now open to children in FS (as well as children in Years 1 - 6)
• Playball Club is now open to children in Year 3 (as well as children in FS to Year 2)
• Chess Club will take place on Mondays instead of Thursdays (due to coach availability)
• Dance Club will start at the slightly later time of 8am 

Should any of these late changes result in changes to your After School Club requirements (in Spring Term 1), cancellation charges will not apply if notice is given to asc@kidmore-end.co.uk before Monday 8th December.

Please find attached an updated timetable for clubs on offer between 12th January - 27th March 2026.

Dear Parents and Carers

Please find attached our Spring Term Clubs Timetable. These clubs will run between Monday 12th January and Friday 27th March. Bookings will not open until the 1st December but the summary attached will hopefully help you plan your childcare requirements for next term.

We are delighted to share the following new additions to our Spring Clubs programme:

• Clubs will be available to children in Foundation Stage*
• A NEW Breakdance Breakfast Club on Tuesday mornings for FS - Y2
• A NEW Football Club on Wednesdays after school for Y3 - Y6

* Please note: Foundation Stage children attending Running Club must be accompanied by an adult

A reminder, School covers the cost of all on-site clubs for every child eligible for pupil premium. If you think you might be eligible and would like us to check, please return the eligibility form below to our School Business Manager, Mrs Hawker, on bursar@kidmore-end.co.uk.
