A reminder of our MCAS message sent to all parents on 9th December 2025

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to let you know that when we return to school in January we are introducing online dinner ordering through the MCAS app. This new system will allow you to pre-order your child(ren)’s school meals quickly and easily from home. Please could we therefore ask you to revisit your PMX school dinner balances and ensure they are at a level to only cover dinners this term.

Key Information

• All meals must be ordered by Sunday for the following week. Following this cut off date, you will not be able to edit your meals for that week. If your child is off sick on a day you've ordered a meal, the system will automatically credit your account.

• You can also place orders in advance up to half term.

• If you do not pre-order your child’s meal, please ensure they come to school with a packed lunch that day.

Actions

Please ensure you are logged on and can access MCAS by Friday 12th December so that if you do need help there is sufficient time for our office staff at this busy time of year to support you fully.

To access the dinner module on MCAS (which is now open), please follow the below steps:

Log on to MCAS (ensure the app is up to date) by Sunday 4th January to ensure dinners are ordered for the first week back.

• Click Dinner
• Click on the date you'd like to order ( you're able to select multiple dates) 
• Click Submit
• Your option will then be displayed by the date 
• If you child is entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals or Free School Meals, the payment required will automatically show as £0.00.
