I am currently supporting Kidmore End as the Executive Headteacher, and am very taken with this lovely, happy school.  I share my time between here and St John's CE Primary School in Reading. I am passionate about learning in all its forms and an advocate of relational practice. I have been a Leader in Education since 1999,  and am immensely proud of the work achieved and the communities I have worked with. I believe my leadership style is rooted in love and kindness, with a thirst for ensuring learners are in receipt of the best offer possible  - a good match for Kidmore End!
