Dear Parents & Carers

Bookings will OPEN on Monday 16th March at 5pm for Summer Term Clubs. At this time, booking information for all clubs will be uploaded to the school clubs booking page on our website (quick link).

Please note that places at all school managed clubs (such as Choir, Running Club, Dance Club and Gymnastics Club) must be booked via your MCAS app going forward. If your child attended this term, they MUST still reapply for next term. Payment is required on booking, however, the system should allow those children eligible for pupil premium to checkout without making payment. If you have not booked a club via MCAS before, guidance can be found on our MCAS help webpage (quick link). 

Places at all clubs (including school managed clubs) will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Should you experience any issues with the MCAS app, please do not hesitate to contact the school office so we can help you.

Dear Parents and Carers

Please find attached our Summer Term Clubs Timetable. These clubs will run between Monday 20th April and Friday 10th July. Bookings will not open until Monday 16th March but the summary attached will hopefully help you plan your childcare requirements for next term.

A reminder, school covers the cost of all on-site clubs for every child eligible for pupil premium. If you think you might be eligible and would like us to check, please return the eligibility form below to our School Business Manager, Mrs Hawker, on bursar@kidmore-end.co.uk.
