Breakfast Club 

Breakfast Club is run by Lucy McAdden and her team from Chalkhouse Childcare and is based in the Woodland Retreat, running every morning during term time (excluding INSET Days) from 7.30am until School starts at 8.35am. 

In preparation for the busy school day, Breakfast Club focuses on providing a calm relaxing environment for your children before they head off to their classes.  The children are provided with breakfast on arrival and can choose from a range of activities.    

The cost per child of a pre-booked place is £6.50. Siblings receive a discount.

After School Club 

After School Club is run by the school from Monday to Thursday until 6pm and is based in the School Hall. It is open every day school is open, with the exception of the last day of our Autumn, Spring & Summer terms, when School is open but After School Club is not.

The cost per child of a pre-booked place is £6 (for a short session until 4.15pm). Alternatively a long session until 6pm, which includes a tea such as pizza at 4.30pm, can be booked.  The cost of this long session is £12 per child.

Bookings are made via MCAS. Parents can view availability and select sessions to book, up until May half term. On 1st May (for regular bookers) sessions between 1st June & 16th July 2026 will be available to book. The cut-off to book is 3 days prior to the session commencing. If you miss the cut-off and wish to make late booking there is an additional £2 charge. Late bookings are not encouraged but will be accepted if we have space, please email asc@kidmore-end.co.uk to book.

IMPORTANT: School require a registration form on file for each child attending ahead of their first session commencing and our ASC Contract (LINK) returned (ahead of being granted access to our new online booking system).  If your child has not attended our setting before, please find below the form we require.

ASC Terms & Conditions (from 1st April 2024)

• We will no longer offer refunds for any cancelled sessions. All bookings are therefore chargeable on confirmation 
• Late bookings made after the cut-off has passed carry an additional £2 booking charge 
• Childcare vouchers or the Government tax-free childcare scheme are both accepted methods of payment
