FREE* school run clubs (Y1 - 6)
Applications for all school run clubs closed on Monday 11th March 2024.
Places will be confirmed via ParentMail (to all those parents who applied) shortly.
The following school run clubs have limited spaces available. Now that the deadline has passed we will allocate these on a first come first served basis. If your child would like to join one of our clubs with spaces, please submit the relevant 'request to join' google form below, which can be found by clicking on the following links:
Chess Club on Tuesdays (Y2 - 6)
Girls Netball on Tuesdays (Y3 - 6)
All other school run clubs are FULL & waiting lists have closed.
*Please note Art & Craft Club and Sewing Club both request a £5 contribution to cover materials should your child wish to bring their creations home.
PAID clubs run by outside providers
Keyboards/Piano (Y3 - 6) & Woodwind tuition (Y4 - 6) with County Music Service: As well as learning instruments in class, children have the opportunity to have individual tuition in woodwind instruments (Clarinet & Flute) with Mrs Robertson on Thursdays and Keyboards / Piano with Mrs Ward on Tuesdays.
If your child is interested in learning to play an instrument with County Music Service (whose teachers visit our school weekly) please go to the learning an instrument section of the Oxfordshire County Council website to apply. A link to the relevant page can be found here.
Art (Y1 - Y3) with Smudge Art: Each session costs £10 per week. At Smudge Art Club, we will explore lots of different materials and techniques, including drawing, printing, painting, collage and pottery. Children will bring home a mixture of messy, arty investigations and creative, finished pieces. Please see our website www.smudgeartclub.com/after-school-clubs for more details. If your child is interested, please book at www.smudgeartclub.com/book-online. If you are booking on our website for the first time, you will be directed to a registration form to sign up to Smudge - please ensure you go back to the bookings page to book the club after you have filled it out. Places are limited and will be allocated to children on the waiting list initially, then on a first come first serve basis. If your child is entitled to pupil premium, please choose "pay offline" at the checkout and Smudge Art will liaise directly with School for payment.

Multiskills (Y1 - 4) with uSports: Each session costs £6.75 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within uSports' website.
A multi-sports club with uSports is ideal for those looking to find the perfect sport to become their passion! We offer the opportunity to try a wide range of sports over the course of the term with two weeks allocated to each one. In these two weeks, your child will learn the basic skill set for each sport as well as taking part in fun mini-games and competitive games and matches with plenty of energy. A multi-sports club is also ideal for those that wish to learn new skills and become well-rounded sportspeople.
This club will NOT run if there is insufficient sign-up. If your child would like to join this club please sign up before uSports' booking deadline: Tuesday 16th April. A decision will then be made on this date whether this club can run. If this club is cancelled due to low numbers, refunds will be given to anyone who has signed up.
Project X (& Water Fun) on Wednesdays (Y1 - Y6) with KickOff: Each session costs £7.50 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within KickOff's website. If your child is eligible for pupil premium and the cost of your child's clubs are therefore covered by school, please register using the same booking link (but simply skip the payment page) & email the School Office so we can arrange payment of your account.

KickOff confirmed on 22nd March this club will definitely run after so many children have already signed up.
Cookery on Tuesdays (Y1 - Y6) with Smart Raspberry [FULLY BOOKED]: Each session costs £10 per week. To book your child's place, please use the link here which will take you to the relevant booking page within Smart Raspberry's website. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
LAMDA Speech & Drama (Y3 - Y6) [FULLY BOOKED]: All our LAMDA classes are currently FULL. However, new classes will run in September 2024 during school hours for those moving into year groups 2 - 6. Please contact Katie on Katie.lamda@outlook.com to register your interest for September 2024 or request further information.
Lego with The Creative Brick Company (FS - Y6): Both before & after school sessions are available and cost £8 per session. To register interest, please email hello@thecreativebrickcompany.co.uk with your child's name, year group and morning or afternoon session. If your child is entitled to pupil premium, please also state this in your email, we will then request payment from school on your behalf. See the flyer below for more information. Please note that these sessions are also open to those in Foundation too.
Rocksteady Music School (Y1 - Y6): These sessions are temporarily on hold and at this stage will not run in the Summer Term due to staff absence at Rocksteady. We hope Rocksteady will return again soon. Parents will be informed via ParentMail PMX should a new course at Kidmore End become available.
Thursday Lunchtime French with BilinguaSing (Y1 - Y6): Each session costs £5 per week and lessons will last for 30 minutes and take place in the Learning Zone on Thursday lunchtimes at 12.15pm (for KS2) and at 12.45pm (for KS1). Please see the attached for full details. The link to book can be found in the flyer below and also here, as the one in the flyer can sometimes be hard to access. Please note that once enrolled your child's place will automatically carry forward to the following term. Should your child wish to stop, please contact Fleur (whose contact details are also on the flyer) to avoid further charges and to remove your child from the register.
Friday Lunchtime Football with Nuvo Sports (Y1 - Y6): Nuvo Sports are excited to be running 4 Friday lunchtime football sessions at Kidmore End School for the 1st half of the Summer Term (19th April, 26th April, 3rd May and 17th May). If any sessions need to be cancelled due to bad weather, catch-up sessions or refunds will be offered. £30 for the course.
To confirm your child’s place, email nuvosports@outlook.com in the first instance. We will then require an up to date registration form and payment to confirm your child's place.
