• Ms Martina Parsons

  Executive Headteacher

  I am currently supporting Kidmore End as the Executive Headteacher, and am very taken with this lovely, happy school. I share my time between here and St John's CE Primary School in Reading.

  Foundation Governor

  Originally from Canada, I became Rector of Rotherfield Peppard and Kidmore End & Sonning Common in September 2016, having previously ministered in a parish in Oxford.

• Ms Joanna Moriarty

  Interim Chair of Governors

  I have a long history of involvement with Kidmore End, and it is dear to my heart. My daughter Izzy, who is now 25, went to school here, and I was a Governor, and then Chair of Governors, until 2017. I live in Caversham, and I work in charity recruitment. I’m also qualified as a National Leader of Governance.

  I am a retired Primary school headteacher who has lived in the village for nearly 20 years.

  I am a foundation governor and I believe that the school’s Christian values and links with St John the Baptist church are extremely important. My children both attended Kidmore End and had a wonderful education at the school throughout their primary years.

  I am a foundation governor, having been nominated by the Parochial Church Council of St John the Baptist Church. I live in Kidmore End and my 3 children attended the school between 2007 and 2020.

  My son attends Kidmore End School and we live locally in Sonning Common

  I have lived in Kidmore End since 1986 and my two daughters were both educated at the School.

  I’m a Foundation Governor appointed from St. Peter’s church in the parish of Caversham Thameside and Mapledurham. I’ve lived in Caversham for over 50 years.

  I have taught at Kidmore End Primary School since 2012, mainly in the Early Years and Key Stage One. I love teaching and am passionate about supporting the school and children.
